- Casing in AISI 304 18/10 STAINLESS steel with extra thick insulation (50 mm), a fine satin finish and self-closing doors;

- Doors and drawers with lock and key (Gold Series) plus a magnetic seal on all sides for perfect closing;

Perforated drawers for optimum circulation of the air, mounted on AISI 304 STAINLESS steel telescopic guides. They can be pulled out far enough to insert the GN trays and are able to withstand high loads (50 kg).

Maximum hygiene and cleanliness

- Uprights, telescopic guides and fitted seals can all be removed without using tools;

- Rounded storage chamber interior with tray to prevent liquids leaking on to the floor and drain for the washing water;

- Stainless steel feet,2” in diameter, 150mm high and adjustable up to 200mm; Thanks to the special design of the compressor compartment that allows excellent circulation of air, they can be installed on the “plinth” or on the raised floor behind the bar;

- The pipes and cables of the refrigeration unit and electrical installation are laid in a raceway on the top of the casing;

- Tops with “drip stop” perimeter edges to stop liquid getting in between unit and top and to stop dripping on the seals.

The most comprehensive range

A comprehensive range of models: GN1/1, EURONORM, SALADETTE,GN2/1 with lengths of at least 1 metre up to 2.25 metres, 700 mm and 800 mm depths and a temperature range of -2°C/+8°C, 0°C/+10°C, -20°C/-15°C and two temperatures.

All models can have a remote (preset) unit with built-in “accessoried compartment” already wired and fitted with a thermostat, condensate evaporation tray, connection pipes, etc.

Maximum reliability and safety

Maximum reliability thanks to the high quality materials and components used and the accurate technical solutions opted for (like for instance the

evaporators treated with an anti-corrosion paint, drawers reinforced by using screws for fixing, stainless steel evaporator protection grille,  external casing bottom, hinges and feet in AISI 304 stainless steel,

and so on). The sophisticated production process technologies and accurate controls carried out on each unit made functional test lasting at least 12 hours) ensures a really low defect rate.

Maximum personalisation possibilities

A wide range of accessories and personalisation possibilities studied for all professional requirements (for instance: the GN2/1 units, bottomless drawers so trays can be inserted, castors, etc.). Thanks to the fitted, inside accessories and various pre-perforating systems, personalisation, selecting between doors and drawers or with/without a top, is made so easy.
