SPECTACULAR Zeta Line!
At HOST 2007 the International Hospitality Exhibition held in Milan last 19-23 October 2007, people who visited Friulinox booth could admire an exclusive novelty ih the Blast Chillers market: the first Blast Chiller of the Zeta Line series with a Glass Door with lighting.
With the Zeta Line series, Friulinox celebrated its 35th Anniversary in the professional refrigeration for hospitality and catering business and positioning once more on the forefront specially in the Blast Chiller/Freezer segment.
The idea of a Glass Door with lighting Blast Chiller was born thanks to the close collaboration between Friulinox and professional Chefs who desired a blast chiller where they could see HOW the chilling process is proceeding and if necessary MODIFY the running cycle to improve the final result.
The Zeta Line blast chillers allow Chefs to modify the speed of the fans according to the chilled product and the glass door with lighting permits to follow the chilling process without opening the blast chiller door.
The glass door with lighting is a model of the new Zeta Line by Friulinox which was presented at HOST 2007 together with the other blast chiller freezers of the range.
Zeta Line series is characterized by the ergonomic control panel framed into the blast chiller door, the Precooling function, and other technical features which makes of Friulinox the undisputed leader on the market.
