1.Maximum thermal insulation

The sandwich panels are made with closed cell polyurethane foam ranging from a thickness of 70 to 150 mm with a density of 40 Kg/m3. They are covered with atoxic zinc-plasticised sheet or, on request, AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel and the perimeter closed with a dual male-female type double dovetail profile made with a rigid atoxic plastic material and a seal to completely eliminate thermal bridges and ensure maximum insulation.

2. Maximum duration

The Friulinox cold storage rooms are an investment that is appreciated over time. The closing hooks, covered completely with a reinforced plastic material and the floors with a high ponderal resistance together with other advantages all guarantee a cold storage room with a limitless duration.

3. Maximum safety and compressive strength

Maximum protection is ensured by the insulated material employed which has a reaction to fire complying with the ISO 3582/78 standards (they substitute the ASTM 1692/74 standards). The fitted, monolithic and self-bearing structure of the cold storage room can withstand compression (140 Kpa). The door closing system has a safety device so it can be opened from the inside.

4. Maximum hygiene and cleanliness

The interior of the cold storage rooms is completely rounded. The roundness (1/2") is achieved by modelling the sheet directly. The containment step on the floor completes the other hygienic measures of the inside conforming to the strictest standards. Closed cell, self-extinguishing CFC-free environment-friendly polyurethane is used as an insulator between the panels and their covering which is either in atoxic zinc-plasticised sheet or AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel.

5. Maximum range

Thanks to the modularity of the panelling and the various insulation thicknesses available, the Friulinox cold storage rooms form an almost limitless range, ideal for rationally optimising any space to efficiently and practically solve all location problems.

6. Maximum standard accessories

All the models in the range are fitted with an external "skirting board" in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, slip-proof floor, doors with lamellar fitted seal with a large adhering surface (about 4 cm), complete with anti-condensation elements and self-closing hinges.

7. Maximum assembly and disassembly ease

Assembly, disassembly and adaptation are simple operations thanks to the special sections made in a rigid, atoxic plastic material, coupled together with patented "eccentric" steel hooks covered with a fibre glass stiffened plastic material. The Friulinox marked panels adhere perfectly and are easy to handle whenever the need arises.

Friulinox has created a comprehensive range of accessories and personalising items to add possibilities and options to the professional person who uses his/her cold storage rooms: chiller units, shelves, drains, balancing valves, different types of doors, hooks, supporting beams, floors reinforced up to 30,000 Kg./cm2 for trays, etc.
