Classic counters are 1610, 2120 and 2650 mm long, with a depth of 800 mm, and are made entirely from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel.

Standard Friulinox Classic Counter models have been designed and built to store pizza base dough and ingredients for pizza toppings in either a neutral or refrigerated compartment, and to make the pizza-maker's job easier and quicker.

The capacities of these counters go from 17 to 35 dough trays, with refrigerated showcase capacities between 29 and 56 litres.

The counters can also be enhanced with a countertop showcase, a practical feature for the pizza-maker which also means assured hygiene is put on display for all to see.
